Overseas service region
Terms of Service
Updated: October 4, 2026
Effective: June 1, 2026
Welcome to Sitill. Please read these Terms carefully before registering, signing in, or using the service, especially the provisions on paid services, account actions, liability, and dispute resolution. By accepting or using the service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
These Terms are between you and Shenzhen Sitill Technology Co., Ltd. ("Sitill," "we," or "us") and apply to Sitill's overseas service region. Changing the country or region used to sign in does not automatically migrate or merge an existing account's data. Contact: support@sitill.com.
1. What Sitill Is
Sitill is a personal wellness app for logging and reflecting on your quiet moments. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice.
We provide timing, records, on-device statistics, cloud sync, personalization, and subscription features. Some features depend on network access, system permissions, Apple, Google, Supabase, email delivery, maps, or the App Store.
You must have the legal capacity required to use the service. Minors should use Sitill only after a parent or guardian reviews and accepts these Terms. Sitill does not offer accounts or cloud features to children below the minimum digital-service age that applies in their location.
2. Your Data
• Your Sitill records are stored on your device by default. Nothing is uploaded without your consent.
• If you sign in or use sync, relevant data is encrypted in transit and synchronized to Sitill's overseas Supabase project. Avatars and record photos may be stored in Supabase Storage.
• Deleting local data or uninstalling the app does not automatically delete data already synced to the cloud. You can delete records in the app or request account deletion. Account deletion has a 30-day cooling-off period; after that, data is deleted or anonymized as described in the Privacy Policy, except where retention is required by law.
• Our Privacy Policy explains processing purposes, data categories, third-party processing, retention periods, and ways to exercise privacy rights.
3. Your Account
• You may use Sitill anonymously or sign in with Apple, Google, or an email verification code.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• Notify us promptly if you discover unauthorized use, leaked credentials, or another security issue. We may verify, restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts as reasonably necessary for violations of law or these Terms and will provide reasons and an appeal channel when appropriate.
• You may not sell, rent, lend, or transfer your account, or use it for unlawful activity.
• You may request account deletion in the app. Signing in during the 30-day cooling-off period cancels the request. After that period, account data is deleted or anonymized as described in the Privacy Policy, except where retention is required by law.
4. Paid Services and Subscriptions
Sitill Pro pricing, duration, benefits, and trial terms are shown on the purchase page and in the App Store. Apple and App Store rules govern payment, auto-renewal, cancellation, refunds, and purchase restoration. Deleting the app or your Sitill account does not cancel an Apple subscription; manage or cancel it in your Apple Account subscription settings. The Purchase Agreement shown at checkout also applies.
5. Intellectual Property and Your Content
Sitill software, interfaces, visual designs, text, icons, sounds, and other content provided by us or our licensors are protected by intellectual property law. Except where law permits, you may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, scrape in bulk, sell, or commercially exploit them without permission.
You retain lawful rights in the text, photos, and other content you create. You grant us a non-exclusive license limited to the scope, duration, and territory necessary to store, sync, display, back up, and share that content for you. You must ensure your content does not infringe another person's lawful rights.
6. Acceptable Use
You must not use the service for unlawful activity; infringe others' rights; upload unlawful, harmful, or malicious content; disrupt the service; bypass security controls; scrape data in bulk; distribute malware; impersonate others; or otherwise abuse the service. We may take proportionate measures such as warnings, removal of unlawful content, feature restrictions, suspension, or termination.
7. Service Changes, Interruptions, and Termination
We may adjust features because of product changes, maintenance, security risks, legal requirements, or changes to third-party services. We will give reasonable advance notice of changes that materially affect your rights, except for urgent security action or where law requires otherwise.
The service may be interrupted by devices, networks, carriers, Apple, Google, Supabase, email delivery, maps, force majeure, maintenance, or reasonable security measures. We will make reasonable efforts to restore service and reduce the impact.
8. Health Notice, Liability, and Regional Rights
Sitill is a lifestyle logging and reflection tool, not a medical device, and does not provide diagnosis, treatment, or emergency assistance. Consult a qualified professional about health concerns and contact local emergency services in an emergency.
These Terms do not exclude or limit liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. We remain responsible as required by law for harm caused by our intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
Users in the United States, Canada, Singapore, and other locations retain all non-waivable rights under applicable federal, state, provincial, territorial, or local consumer law, including the Singapore Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act where applicable.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms because of feature, operational, or legal changes. We will highlight material changes by pop-up, in-app notice, release notes, or another reasonable method and obtain renewed consent where required by law. If you disagree, you may stop using the service and follow the instructions to manage your account and data.
10. Governing Law and Disputes
To the extent permitted without limiting mandatory consumer or other non-waivable rights in your location, these Terms are governed by the law applicable at the service operator's principal place of business. The parties should first try to resolve disputes through good-faith discussion. If that fails, either party may use a court with lawful jurisdiction or an available consumer dispute process.
11. Other Terms
If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. Headings are for convenience only. A delay in exercising a right is not a waiver of that right.
