Subscription Terms

This Subscription Agreement applies to your purchase of a Sitill Pro subscription through the Apple App Store. Payment is processed by Apple. By subscribing, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms.

1. What You Get

Sitill Pro is Sitill's membership. A subscription unlocks unlimited records, clearer statistics, all ambient sounds, and more Pro features (dynamic themes, badge wall, custom widgets, and more — some rolling out over time). Monthly and yearly plans are offered.

2. Price

The price is the amount shown to you, and charged, on the App Store purchase or confirmation screen. Prices may differ by country, region, and currency.

3. Free Trial

• A 7-day free trial is available on your first subscription, once per Apple ID within the subscription group.

• You can cancel anytime during the trial and won't be charged before it ends.

• After the trial, it automatically converts to the paid subscription unless you cancel beforehand.

4. Auto-Renewal

• The subscription renews automatically. Unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, it renews and you are charged the applicable price.

• Apple charges your account for the next period within 24 hours before the current period ends.

5. Managing & Cancelling

• You can view, change, or turn off auto-renewal in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.

• Deleting or uninstalling the app does not cancel your subscription; turn it off in the system settings above.

6. Payment

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.

7. Refunds

Refunds are handled by Apple / the App Store under their refund policy. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. The developer cannot directly refund purchases made through the App Store.

8. Price Changes

If prices change, Apple will notify you per its rules; a price increase generally requires your consent before renewal continues.

9. Service & Entitlements

While your subscription is active, you may use the corresponding Pro features. Features marked as upcoming or planned will be delivered over future updates and are not a commitment to any specific release date.

10. Governing Law & Local Rights

These terms do not affect any mandatory rights you may have under the consumer protection laws of your region.
